Position Purpose
The Senior Reporting and Analytics Developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data analysis systems by extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to inform business decisions. They design and configure databases as needed to support the reporting needs of the organization. The Senior Reporting and Analytics Developer develop methods and systems to improve overall data quality including designing master data management solutions. They execute database administrative tasks on assigned solutions and ensure proper setup, configuration, and associated maintenance tasks. They interact with the application development team to facilitate system integration as needed. The Sr. Reporting and Analytics Developer also is integral in providing knowledge share on technology supported business processes and solutions. They engage in supporting the implementation of new business solutions.
Essential Responsibilities / Accountabilities
+ Design and implement data models to consolidate data from various sources, including internal systems, external APIs, and third-party data providers to represent business concepts and relationships.
+ Extract data from diverse internal and external sources using SQL queries, APIs, and other data extraction methods.
+ Cleanse and prepare raw data by handling missing values, outliers, and inconsistencies to ensure data quality for analysis.
+ Create database schemas, tables, views, stored procedures, and other database objects to effectively store and access data.
+ Establish data governance policies to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.
+ Develop and enforce access controls, managing user permissions, and implementing encryption to protect sensitive data.
+ Develop reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations using data visualization tools to present key insights to stakeholders.
+ Work closely with business users to understand their requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and ensure the accuracy and relevance of reports.
+ Monitor and optimize data processing pipelines to ensure efficient data analysis and reporting.
+ As needed, provide knowledge support for ERP, CRM, and other business critical systems.
+ Engage in implementing new solutions across IT and business systems.
+ Support user acceptance and engagement in new reports, systems and existing solutions.
+ Lead data discovery efforts for new KPI’s and business objectives.
+ Create end-user documentation in support of new analytics and systems.
+ Evaluate and recommend appropriate analytics tools, platforms, and technologies based on business requirements and data volume.
+ Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
+ Attend meetings, seminars, and training sessions as required.
+ Perform assigned duties according to the policies and expectations prescribed by the company.

Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelors degree required in Computing or a related field.
+ 7+ years of progressive experience in support of Data, Analytics, Reporting or technical systems required.
+ Expertise in popular analytics and data visualization platforms like Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, or like platforms.
+ In-depth knowledge of SQL Server.
+ In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, a significant plus.
+ Proficiency in extracting data from ERP and CRM systems, a significant plus
+ Technical aptitude with the ability to evaluate and quickly learn IT systems.
+ Adaptive to fast changing requirements and priorities.
+ Proven ability to create and present written and verbal communication that are audience appropriate.
+ Must possess the right to work in the US or UK.
