We are looking for an experienced Senior Reporting Operations Data Analyst to support one of our clients on the delivery of multi-million projects such as Executive and Domain Dashboards, Insights Reports and Data Mart Infrastructure that will integrate various external and internal data sources and build a best-in-class data mart and data access self-service tool. This Data Mart will be the source of data and insights to support Executives in making data-driven decisions. Responsibilities • Work directly with business users and stakeholders to understand the business needs and translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements documentation. • Employ best practices during requirements gathering and documentation stages. • Partner with IT Project Managers to manage the Data Mart or Dashboard project phases/releases from initiation to completion. • Manage all-round expectations and facilitate clear communication between business stakeholders, IT and internally in Data and Analytics independently. • Interacts regularly with senior management level stakeholders to provide periodical project status updates, raise risks and issues encountered in the project. • Develop and communicate test strategy and test cases. • Coordinate execution and validation of test cases with stakeholders for user acceptance testing, training, and obtaining project sign offs. • Coordinate defects clarification, triage, and resolution with the IT team. • Develop and actively maintain the data mart data dictionary and business domain glossary. • Investigate and explain for data discrepancies and propose resolutions or improvement enhancements on a regular basis. • Support business users or stakeholders by way of educating how to use our data or analytical products and connecting them to the right subject-matter experts. • Report to Product domain lead and support both Product and Digital Services domain leads to drive build-out of data models and reporting dashboards and products. • Flexibility of work hours to support both Product and Digital Services domains based in APAC and AMER time zones. Qualifications • Minimum 5 years strong experience in business analysis and requirements gathering and documentation. • Minimum 3 years of strong experience in data, reports and BI dashboards development cycles • Degree in data management, analytics, statistics, mathematics, or business management. • Strong knowledge of data warehouse modeling and business intelligence concepts (e.g., entity relationship diagramming, SQL querying, business logic or calculations building, source to target mapping, etc.) • Excellent visualization skills with ability to build with Tableau, SiSense or other relevant visualization tools preferred. ● Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL. ● Good Knowledge on CRM, ERP, Financial systems, VBA Macro, Python preferred.
