M2.0 Communications is seeking a dynamic Analyst Manager to lead and collaborate with our project managers and team in delivering high-quality insights that drive strategic decision-making. In this role, you will oversee team performance, coordinate with cross-regional stakeholders, and ensure seamless resource allocation to meet project objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Project Managers on any potential roadblocks, maintaining clear and open communication. Foster career development and skills progression for the team, focusing on soft and technical skills. Assess the performance of team members and provide feedback for improvement. Point of contact with the Project Managers and Team Leads from the EMEA office regarding the projects they are handling. Assist Project Managers with resource allocation and delegation. Process candidates and supervise training/onboarding of new team members (This should be mainly done by Senior Analysts, but Analysts Managers can assist if bandwidth is an issue)
