Senior Reports Developer
Li-HybridSchneider Electric is seeking a Senior Reports Developer for the North America Data Office, Data Insights Team. This role will have primary responsibility for North America business reporting, as well as integration of new reporting solutions.  This role will work closely with various teams to understand local requirements, and then work with IT and Data Management team resources to integrate these requirements into the broader BI landscape.  We are on a journey to change our legacy BI landscape and drive more value from our data for the business.  Tableau is our primary reporting visualization tool, and advanced knowledge of Tableau is essential in this role.  This role will be responsible for design and implementing solutions related to our data warehouse.

 

Responsibilities\:

·  Lead projects to standardize and digitize reporting utilizing the range of Business Intelligence tools and methodologies available at Schneider.

·  Design and implement Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence (DW/BI) solutions and ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance, based on end user requirements.

·  Troubleshoot, analyze and validate current DW BI solutions to ensure data quality.

·  Design, implement, and continuously expand data pipelines by performing extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities.

·  Enable Tableau report development through training and data source preparation.

·  Serve as liaison between NAM Data Office and Corporate Business Intelligence and local Analytics teams.
