**How you'll make an impact:**
• Allocate clinical support needs for customer requests (e.g., procedure support, screening appointments, product demonstrations) and optimize trainees case exposure.
• Assess cases scheduling capacity by integrating and blending quantitative and qualitative data from a variety of sources to perform complex analyses. Next would be interpret those analyses, draw conclusions, and prepare and present findings on trends (e.g. case stacking, cancellations, peak days, team efficiency…) to commercial management and internal stakeholder team.
• Act as point person and provide training on the scheduling process when needed.
• Deliver regular KPIs for the business unit including dashboards, standardized reports and other analyses to provide deep insights into Case Scheduling for better business planning and decision making.
• Development & governance of the case Planning tool to allow for efficient allocation of field resources.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate Case Support Operations KPIs in all reporting systems. Ensure data integrity on sales dashboards and provide user support to the field team for these electronic sales tools.
• Interview and survey commercial staff to investigate and identify best practices and business trends to provide guidance on strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities for innovations in electronic and traditional case scheduling and capacity management tools, present recommendations, and develop specifications for approved tools, as well as training users.
**What you'll need (Required):**
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a scientific field with Data Analysis experience is preferred OR professional profile with 3 years’ experience in an analytical/business consulting role.
• Fluency in English in a business environment is a must.
**What else we look for (Preferred):**
• Fluency in any other European language is preferred (e.g., Spanish, German, French, Italian).
• Previous experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical or any other similar industry is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills to maintain them across the organization, including the ability to convey instructions and training, influence and achieve objectives.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• High degree of accuracy and strict attention to detail
• Strong time management and organizational ability
• Strong presentation skills and ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels, including external contacts that may be at high levels.
• Ability to prioritize competing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be strong with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Work proficiently/adapt to proprietary systems.
• Team player.
• Experience with basic project management.
