Senior Representative, Customer Service - Skilled
Description We are looking for a skilled Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in Weston, Florida. This long-term contract position involves creating and reviewing pre-operative surgical plans using advanced software and tools to assist in robotic surgeries. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in technical processes, and committed to delivering high-quality results within a collaborative team environment. This is an ONSITE third shift opportunity. Hours are 11pm-7am. Responsibilities: • Develop and manage cases using a proprietary case management system. • Analyze CT scans to ensure adherence to established surgical protocols. • Use specialized software to segment CT scans and generate 3D anatomical models for robotic-assisted surgeries. • Create precise pre-operative surgical plans for total hip and knee replacements based on digital bone models. • Review and validate the accuracy of surgical plans, including anatomical landmarks, implant sizing, and positioning. • Upload finalized surgical plans to field representatives for implementation. • Document all actions accurately, following prescribed methods and procedures. • Adhere to detailed work instructions to ensure consistent and high-quality outputs. • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and department goals. • Occasionally work overtime to accommodate increased demand or urgent cases. Requirements • Strong proficiency in English, with excellent communication and comprehension skills. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Photoshop. • Familiarity with case management systems and digital tools for planning processes. • Knowledge of surgical protocols and procedures, particularly in robotic-assisted surgeries, is a plus. • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions accurately. • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet production deadlines. • Ability to work onsite in Weston, Florida, and adapt to occasional overtime needs. • Experience with SharePoint administration or similar tools is advantageous.
