**How you’ll make an impact:**
+ Organize and manage all regional training sessions.
+ Serve as the first point of contact for regional calendar queries.
+ Communicate with participants and evaluate training feedback.
+ Monitor and update the budget for regional training expenses.
+ Promote regional development opportunities.
+ Support onsite in-person trainings and partner with the team for regional learning needs analysis.
+ Administer training sessions and update internal ERP system (Workday) with offerings, enrolments, and waitlists.
+ Administer program cohorts and support training material preparation.
+ Handle TM&L requests through ServiceNow and provide insights for continuous improvement.
+ Perform other incidental duties as required.
_This is a temporary contract (maternity cover) for up to three years._
**What you'll need (Required):**
+ University degree and some experince in learning & development, administration/ events or other related field.
+ Proficiency in English
**What else we look for (Preferred):**
+ Proven experince of Microsoft Office, primary Excel
+ Strong communication and organizational skills, and strict attention to detail
