**Pay Range:** $25.20 - $37.80 per hour

**Summary:**
The Senior Research Project Coordinator is responsible for operational, organizational, and administrative tasks for neurological research studies pertaining to quality of life and care. The Senior Research Project Coordinator is responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing protocols, policies and procedures. Incumbent coordinates the planning, implementation, and evaluation aspects of the department in collaboration with the rest of the team. The Senior Project Coordinator collects, manages, and evaluates data in collaboration with staff, and is responsible for providing administrative support. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.
**Required Job Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s degree in related field of healthcare.
• Ability to provide insight and understanding of evaluation and program development.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent statistical and computer-based skills.
• Highly organized, flexible, work well with teams.
**Preferred Job Qualifications:**
• Master’s degree.
• Two years of experience in project management in health care.
• Prior experience with controlled clinical research trial studies funded by the National Institute of Health (NIH).
**Responsibilities:**
• Collaborates with leaders to plan projects, including the development of goals for each project, and a timeline containing project dependencies and key milestones.
• Designs, implements and evaluates technologies to improve supporting departments which may include organizing team meetings, facilitate training in partnership with the leaders or vendor.
• Assists team with integration of department practices.
• Assists with tracking key quality metrics for the department
• Provides data analysis and maintains dashboard for the department.
• Analyzes and organizes data to provide statistics and reports for the department.
• Prepares presentations and written communications.
• Assists with developing and maintaining departmental policies and procedures.
• Other relevant duties as required.
