What You'll Do: + Manage and support the operations of assigned residential sites with care and precision. + Provide top-notch supervision and training to clinical staff, Residence Managers & Direct Support Professionals. + Ensure homes and records shine by meeting agency, State, and Federal standards. + Be a force of positivity and progress in our community! What You Bring: + A Bachelor's degree in education, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, or a related human services field.
