You will also provide training, guidance and support to newly hired DSPs and Residence Managers. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field plus 2-3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience managing residential programs for people with developmental disabilities. Alternatively, related Associate's Degree with four years of relevant experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience managing programs for people with developmental disabilities. Alternatively, 7 years pertinent experience and high school or equivalency diploma A valid NYS Driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the agency's insurance carrier.
