To join our team as a Senior Residential Field Specialist! You will be a local on-site program and company representative. This role will be supporting our Residential Home Performance program that supports contractors to conduct outreach, conduct energy efficiency (re)audits, pre, and post-installation verifications, and other technical data gathering activities.

To be considered for this role you must be based in Wisconsin. (Eau Claire, Wasau or Stevens Point) for frequent travel within the area.

Trains field staff and develops training materials and guidelines on installation, adaptation

Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits of residential energy efficiency upgrades that involve further complexity and analysis

Provide input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope, planning and effectiveness of products

Provide technical expertise to identify, analyze and resolve issues

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

2-4 years of relevant experience in residential construction, HVAC, building diagnostics, air infiltration reduction and insulation

Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information to contractors and trade allies

Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst certification is preferred but not required we can help at the time of hire

High school diploma or GED required

Type of Work 

Ability to work in-person in multiple homes per day (this is not a work-from-home position; you will be in the field servicing customers’ homes)
