The role of (Sr.) Restaurant Success Manager is a dynamic, fast-paced role that requires an individual who is proactive, adaptable, and has a growth mindset. As a key member of the Resy Canada business, you will help launch Resy in Canada and be in on the ground level as we work to make membership matter in an even more meaningful way for our customers. You will also be integral to the evolution of our integrated product and marketing communication strategy grounded in portfolio trends and insights to help refine & execute our ongoing Resy Canada B2B (restaurant partners) and B2C (diners) strategy. Working with a wide group internal stakeholders across Enterprise, the successful candidate will lean on their relationship-building and strategic thinking skills to drive innovation and efficiency while maintaining a continued mandate on delivering results. The ideal candidate has a passion and keen eye for marketing (both B2B and B2C), strong communication skills (including with external partners), and a proven track record of problem-solving. **How will you make an impact in this role?** The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Business Strategy & Execution + Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to streamline processes and define acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies for prospective and existing restaurant partners (B2B) and diners (B2C). + Formulate strategies grounded in thorough market analysis and internal insights. Collaborate closely with the team for ongoing initiative tracking, refinement, and optimization. + Work in tandem with external partners, including creative agencies, for the comprehensive planning and execution of product and marketing strategy. Relationship Management + Foster relationships with key restaurant partners to drive engagement and to limit churn. + Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the Blue Box to promote synergies, share learnings, and refine best practices. Analytics & Insights: + Develop regular reports analyzing key business metrics and providing strategic recommendations for implementation. + Collaborate with the analytics team, performing ad hoc analyses and summarizing key findings and recommendations. + Produce Executive Summaries containing key narratives on portfolio performance. + Monitor and manage monthly budget utilization trends closely with stakeholders and partner teams. + Analyze the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform strategic decisions. Project Management: + Collaborate effectively across broader American Express teams to optimize processes, enhance services, and elevate customer experiences across Resy B2B & B2C customers. + Actively drive excellence in project management, monitor project results, and contribute key recommendations for continuous improvement. **Minimum Qualifications** + 2 years of relevant work experience. + Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, drive results and champion a project from inception through implementation and evaluation. + Strong communicator with the ability to create and deliver persuasive high impact presentations. + Proven ability in challenging the status quo to improve existing processes, campaigns and assets. + Strong attention to detail across all initiatives. + Analytically minded, critical thinker with proven problem-solving skills. + Excellent relationship-building, collaboration, and communication skills across a diverse group of internal and external partners. + Proven experience in project management, ability to set priorities and manage tasks to drive results within short time frames. + Highly proficient in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). + Marketing experience with a passion for innovation and analytics; experience in B2B, B2C, and capability marketing an asset. + External partner management and B2B marketing experience an asset. **Qualifications** We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
