Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour (including enhancement when covering management duties)

What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Retail Colleague, you’ll be hands-on and people-focused. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting and guiding the team on shift to achieve store standards and targets.Delivering friendly, efficient service and helping customers with any queries.Ensuring stock is replenished and shelves are neat, tidy, and well-presented.Assisting with deliveries and stockroom organisation.Acting as a keyholder, including opening and closing the store when required.

Is approachable, dependable, and motivated to lead.Enjoys working in a fast-paced retail setting.Has some experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service—especially in a team leader or keyholder role.Can confidently handle responsibility and multitask when needed.
