Senior Retail Executive (Operations) (2years Contract)

Position Summary

Drive brand experience and performance for Samsung Experience store to ensure we are the leading digital lifestyle brand. This is achieved by creating brand-building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, partners and vendors both internally and externally.

Role and Responsibilities

Assist to co prepare reports and analysis for SES Quarterly Business Review and Operation meetings.To manage partner relationships to meet overall business objectives, consumer excitement and engagement programsIdentify and onboard suitable vendors (synergistic brands, banks, BNPL vendors, malls etc) to create in-store traffic and demand generation of our products at our storesAnalysis of store sellout performance and programs. To develop action plans to ensure improved sellout based on analysis  Work cross functionally across teams and all levels to initiate, plan and execute local and HQ programs to improve sales and service  Overall business development and marketing and ensuring all programs are effectively cascaded and executed at the store level through internal stakeholders and partner teams

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Retail/MarketingIdeally min 3-5 years' relevant experience in a business development or management of multi retail store  environmentGood understanding of setting up, operating and maintaining premium brand retail storesStrong analytical skills and data driven thinkingResourceful and meticulousAble to work competently with Excel and PowerPointDemonstrable leadership and influencing skillsExcellent consulting, oral and written communication skillsPro-active and flexible to adjust to changing requirements and schedulesAble to adapt to fast and dynamic work environmentGood commercial acumen and pragmatic problem solving skills
