About AG Warehouse 

With over 30 sites across Victoria, Tasmania and Southern NSW, AG Warehouse is one of Australia’s largest independent rural retail businesses, with the backing of one of the largest milk processors in the world, Saputo.   

AG Warehouse supports and services dairy / pasture customers along with regional horticulture, cropping, sheep, beef and lifestyle market segments. We present customers with a wide range of merchandise and fertilizer options along with agronomic services.  

How you will make contributions that matter 

Join our friendly and growing team at AG Warehouse in Koroit, as the Senior Retail Sales Assistant. Your new role will see you join a small close-knit ream on site and over 3,000 across Australia. Along with excellent customer service experience, an understanding of dairy farming or agriculture is desirable.

Customer service and assisting customers with pricing and product queries.Processing points of sale (POS) transactions.Assisting with store setup and merchandise displays.Receiving inwards goods, unpacking orders and deliveriesReviewing accounts and following up unpaid invoices.Liaise with suppliers to place orders and coordinate delivery schedules.General banking tasks

About you 

Experience gained in an administrative, retail, or similar role. Dairy Farming or agriculture background is desirable.Confident in using computer software including MS Office and online banking.A customer focused attitude Availability to work business hours Monday to Friday, and the occasional Saturday morning shift.Exposure to stock control, although not essential, would be well regarded.
