Job DescriptionWho You’ll Work With
We are looking for a Senior Revenue Accountant to join our Revenue Accounting organization based out of our Shannon office or Ireland remote. In this role, you will be reporting to the Manager of Revenue Operations based out of Ireland. This role will be supporting the Revenue Operations team in the Company’s Revenue Recording and Order to Cash cycles. The role will have the opportunity to work with the Technical Revenue Accounting Team and the Revenue FPA team and get a full view of the Global Revenue Accounting organization. This

What You’ll Do
Responsible for monthly and quarter-close accounting close and SOX compliance controls and processes, including preparation of journal entries, account analysis and various Deferred Revenue reconciliations, processes and procedures documentation, as applicable.Responsible for preparing Sales Returns reserve, including analysis and posting of journal adjustments.Responsible for reviewing License agreements, Try and Buy and posting of journal adjustments as required.Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Operations, IT and FP&A in designing and monitoring revenue accounting policies and procedures.Identify and drive continual process improvements for increased efficiency and timely reporting. Interact and support auditors as needed.Strong understanding and application of ASC 606 standards to serve as an expert on revenue accounting issues and related standard processes and procedures.Assist with Revenue review, including preparation of memos as required.Assist with preparation of quarterly review audit Schedules and prepare periodic revenue and deferred revenue reports to support internal and external reporting requirements.Support and participate on revenue related projects as required.QualificationsBig Four, US GAAP experience preferred.Knowledge of applying Revenue accounting guidelines ASC 606 Revenue from Contracts with customers.5+ overall years of relevant accounting experience including working with international technology companies.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting.Strong time management and organizational skills. Proactive work ethic and ability to work under pressure within a global organization.Experience with Enterprise reporting systems, Netsuite experience preferrable, Excel power user.This position should demonstrate the ability to work independently, establish appropriate priorities and meet deadlines.
