Senior Revenue Manager

The role leads the delivery of accurate and timely processes within the revenue accounting management area of responsibility within the R2R Tower. You will be responsible for ensuring the team are trained and deliver their tasks accurately and ensuring the integrity of financial transactions by reviewing outputs from the team, including actions on ageing or unusual transactions and ensuring appropriate and timely action has been taken. 

 

What you will be doing:

 

Responsible for all revenue recognition and linked financial, including Revenue calculations, Affiliate and revenue share, gross win transfers, customer liability calculations and other revenue linked areas as assigned. Responsible for timely corrective actions taken by team to deal with discrepancies and ensuring all unusual/exceptions are narrated and action plans in place and tracking delivery of action plans Responsible for data integrity of reports used in performing revenue tasks  Responsible for continuous improvements being fully tested before deployment with roll back plans Responsible for the operation of daily and weekly accounting controls as defined by risk and control matrix on area of responsibility Responsible to ensure up-to-date process documentation complete, and all task assignment, ensuring new processes are assigned to individuals Run daily huddle processes and ensure team are aware of KPI’s and performance against them Collaborate with R2R Tower Lead to set daily, weekly, monthly and annual performance targets and KPI’s for the team Ensure appropriate continuous professional development, keeping abreast of all internal, legislative, and industry best practice Ensure appropriate interpretation and implementation of required changes in a timely manner Support all internal and external audit activities through the provision of required documentation when necessary 

 

What we are looking for

10+ years of experience in R2R, with a minimum 2-3 years demonstrable track record in a similar level leadership role Higher education qualifications or equivalent within Finance or related field.  CPA (or equivalent) professional qualifications Strong knowledge of R2R processes Proficiency in using ERP systems, particularly Oracle or SAP Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to make data-driven decisions. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet established deadlines whilst managing a growing team Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve supplier and payment-related issues.
