Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Lightspeed is looking for a full-time Revenue Operations Analyst for our Global Revenue Operation Management Team. By analyzing and optimizing operational data, you'll accelerate and improve our ability to make decisions by ensuring we have access to timely and accurate information. If you love digging into the root causes of problems, finding patterns, and working with multiple teams, then this is the role for you. The Revenue Operations team is core to the success of our go-to-market functions.

Role: 

Gather requirements and translate business problems into structured quantitative problems  Build clear and insightful reports. Improve the Go-to-Market reports' reliability, accuracy, clarity and production time Work with functional departments to draw business insights from the analytical output, derive business recommendations, and present them through compelling data stories and visualizations. Ensure that the business processes in place enable accurate data integrity and put in place necessary corrective measures in a timely manner Collaborate with our corporate data team to design accurate and relevant Go-to-market datasets, reports, dashboards, and analyses for operational and strategic initiatives Synthesize findings and extract key messages for core stakeholders.   Work on ad hoc projects as assigned; such as assessment of new business activities or change of process

Experience: 

Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into data requirements knowledge of Looker or other BI tools like Tableau or Power BI Experience driving cross-functional outcomes, ideally with stakeholders as diverse as IT, IS, GTM Ops, Sales and Marketing Distinctive analytical skills and passion for data with the ability to conduct data-driven analysis, turning it into actionable business insights, and experience building tools and dashboards Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems Bachelor's degree in, Finance,  Business Technology Management, Statistics, Mathematics or any other related fields, Business analytics.
