Senior RF Design Engineer

We are currently hiring a Senior RF Design Engineer who will be a key member within the GA-EMS Radar Technologies group.  In this capacity, the Senior RF Design Engineer will lead RF designs and trade studies in support of new air and ground-based designs. The Senior RF Design Engineer will report to the Manager of Hardware Engineering within the Radar Technologies group.   

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:Simulate and design RF circuits and subsystems for future air and ground-based systems including Transmit/Receive modules, up and down converters, and RF beamforming networksDevelop and maintain RF design requirements from high-level system performance specificationsPerform design trade studies including gain, output power, noise figure, cost, ease of manufacturing, etc.Perform bench-level evaluation and troubleshooting of RF designs and subsystemsCollaborate with the Hardware, Software, and Systems engineering teams to drive development of subsystems and assembliesRepresent the company at technical reviews, meetings and formal design reviewsStay current with RF industry innovations, developments and trendsWe recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply
