Global Business Resilience – This team is responsible for executing a program that ensures staff safety, mitigates the effect of unplanned business interruptions of Worldpay’s critical business processes and services, protects its physical assets, maintains the capability to serve clients, and fulfils obligations to stakeholders and regulators. The key functions in this team are Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery.Client Risk Relations - The Client Risk Relations function is responsible for overseeing and managing all activities related to ensuring our clients meet their regulatory obligations, with Worldpay operating as a critical third-party technology service provider. This role involves managing extensive onsite and virtual client audits, working with stakeholders across the globe to ensure that over 200 regulatory documents are updated at a minimum annually and maintained on the new Worldpay client portal. This role will oversee other Risk-based client meetings and conferences as applicable. This function will also assist in client communications and extra care, during and after major incidents as needed (e.g., Move It, pandemic).Chief Risk Office Engagement, Training & Awareness – This role is responsible for designing and implementing innovative engagement programs including internal communication strategies that elevate workplace culture, support employee well-being, and drive retention. This role also is responsible for implementation of impactful and innovative communications which engage our employees, activate culture, provide clarity during times of change, solve challenges and help drive our values and business results.What you’ll own
Design Best-in-Class Engagement Programs: Lead efforts to create a thriving professional environment, developing colleague engagement programs that foster belonging, well-being, and career satisfaction.New Hire Integration: Craft programs to help new employees transition smoothly into the company and CRO organization, including onboarding initiatives, workflow integration, and regular check-ins.Colleague Well-Being & Retention: Collaborate with the People and Culture Team and wellness leaders to ensure ongoing support for colleague well-being through amplifying strategic wellness programs, mentoring, and morale-building activities.Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) Initiatives: Partner with local and companywide I&D teams to advance professional network activities, annual programming, and events aimed at enhancing diversity and inclusion across the CRO workforce.Professional Growth & Development: Facilitate mentorship programs and provide opportunities for ongoing learning and professional development to ensure colleagues are supported in their career trajectories.Be an expert storyteller and content creator and use varied communication channels to drive impact on key priority topics.Connect and collaborate with leaders, teams and functional partners to ensure a deep awareness and understanding of critical moments, landmarks and activations across the business.Create content across a range of mediums, including graphics, email, video, and podcasts.Lead the coordination of key leadership and employee events, both in-person and virtual.Responsible for the global CRO employee engagement strategy.Management and curation of global employee engagement channels.Management of proactive editorial planning for all global communications channels, ensuring transparency to the wider comms team and business partners.Use trends and insights to constantly improve employee communications, proactively bringing new ideas and innovative thinking.Identify alternative strategies, channels and tools to accelerate impact and engagement.Build strong relationships with key business partners and provide insight and advice on CRO communications.Manage vendor partners and budgets.Where you’ll own it
You’ll own it in our Cincinnati, OH or Jacksonville, FL hub. While we’re a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.
What you bring
You have 5+ years of employee engagement and communications work experience and have a talent for building programs that inspire and connect people.You understand the importance of a holistic approach to well-being and are passionate about fostering a culture of inclusivity and growth.You’re a skilled communicator and collaborator, able to work across teams and at all levels to promote engagement and support.You are familiar with, or interested in learning about, the unique dynamics of a payments business and how to tailor engagement strategies to meet the needs of our CRO colleagues.Bachelor's degree in risk management, business administration, Communications or a related fieldBackground with risk management, communications, data analytics and/or compliance highly preferredInfluential communicator and excellent presentation skills a mustStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical, organizational and communications skills required as well as outstanding interpersonal and human relation skillsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and third parties (as needed)Worldpay perks - what we’ll bring for you
