a day in the life

As a dedicated Senior Analyst specializing in Risk Intelligence, you will design and drive the Business Resilience risk sensing program to monitor, identify, and advise on emerging geopolitical events and risks that could disrupt lululemon’s business operations and achievement of strategic goals. In this role, you will manage the dissemination of critical intelligence to key stakeholders, including senior leaders and the broader Business Resilience team, to enhance awareness, enable informed decision-making, and support enterprise response activities.


Develop and implement a formal risk intelligence program by leveraging past experience and best practices.Continuously monitor global events and emerging risks, analyzing their impact on lululemon’s strategy and operations.Curate weekly risk intelligence digests for senior leaders to keep them informed of critical developments and triggers that may affect their business or long-term strategy.Conduct in-depth research and analysis on specific events or business disruption risks, providing stakeholders with detailed assessments, impact forecasts, and situation updates.Support the triaging of urgent critical events, escalating them as necessary to activate the enterprise crisis response framework.Deliver security and safety risk assessments for travel to high-risk countries to support the Travel Security team’s monitoring and assessment efforts.

qualifications  Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., political science, international relations, or similar).Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leaders.Excellent research and analytical skills.5+ years of progressive experience in a comparable position within a multinational corporation.

Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role. 
Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
