So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need. **Job Category** Finance **Position Summary** We’re currently looking for a Senior Risk Management Analyst to join our Workers’ Compensation team. This role will be responsible for life of claim management & administration. This person will be instrumental in negotiating and managing claims, analyzing claims data and collaborating with our Third-Party Administrator (TPA), Safety, and Operations to reduce costs and financial exposure, manage liabilities and ensure compliance with government regulations. This will be a HYBRID schedule in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday @ Bridgestone HQ (Nashville, TN). **Responsibilities** + Review and document all worker’s compensation claims data, investigating cause of reported claims, and supporting the determination of compensability of all accidents/injuries. + Closely manage all in-house claims and collaborate with our Third-Party Administrator and other vendors. + Communicate effectively with teammates, internal customers, clients, outside counsel, and management. + Provide direction on claims dispositions, negotiations, reserve adequacy, and subrogation + Ensure reserve accuracy and action plans are defined. + Analyze, develop, and provide comprehensive reports to management identifying trends with recommendations strategy **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor Degree required preferably in Risk Management, Insurance or a related field of study. + 5+ years full-time claims management experience with Retail/Manufacturing experience. + Strong technical claims knowledge + Knowledge of insurance policy language and insurance coverage + Present and support training programs regarding workers compensation claims. + Strong Microsoft Office skills **What we offer** At Bridgestone, what really matters is to foster co-creation opportunities and empowering you to be creative and curious to make mobility safer, more efficient, and more sustainable for future generations.
