The Senior Risk Manager in Timehub organization is responsible for managing global risk and compliance programs that include inventorying, assessing, monitoring important HR and employment-related risks where we do business.
Timehub Risk & Compliance team is looking for a seasoned Risk professional to drive key Policy initiatives in EMEA and APAC. This is a single contributor role to support pay and Time related global compliance initiatives. They will work to define and establish key mechanisms for Policy simplification and standardization. This senior leader must be passionate about Risk Management, knowing how to drive program continuity regardless of business volatility and rapidly changing needs. The leader must demonstrate the ability to build trust and confidence with the operations and program teams, influencing tech roadmaps to drive automation. They will partner with Human Resources, Legal, Program Managers, Technology and Business teams to manage complex working time-related obligations, business requirements, and risk issues; researching legal and regulatory obligations with labor and employment attorneys; working with Timehub Product and Technology teams to translate legal and regulatory obligations into system or process requirements; establishing and monitoring compliance triggers designed to initiate a response to changes in labour law, system configuration and HR risks; and developing remediation plans to mitigate issues.

Key job responsibilities
• Policy Standardization and Simplification to increase speed of launch for Timehub solutions to meet customer needs and compliance requirements.
• Developing mechanism for policy change management, design the framework for change assessment and implementation of changes in partnership with Legal, Business and other stakeholders.
• Building storage and interpretation of collective agreements to speed up launches/expansions
• Compliance assessment of Timehub automation initiatives to ensure they meet statutory requirements.
• Developing mechanisms and processes for gathering statutory obligations, identifying risks, and finding process and compliance owners.
• Working with Timehub Program Managers to develop, document and monitor compliant service delivery models for new countries in relation to time tracking mechanisms and processes.
• Working with our PXT Technology team to develop the technology infrastructure needed to support ongoing compliance monitoring efforts.
• Developing deep knowledge of Amazon's HR policies and processes and regional HR obligations.
• Drafting written narratives to communicate obligations, risk analysis, and recommendations to HR policy, process, and system owners and senior stakeholders.
• Inventory risk and compliance obligations, ensuring appropriate collection and maintenance of policies and business requirement documents.
• Conducting on-site and remote assessments and audits, draft reports detailing findings, potential solutions, and recommendations.
