We’ve got what you’re looking for. **Job Description:** Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Risk Manager** to join our team! In this role you will get to manage the whole Transport Sector Risk assessment plan and execution. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Develops and implements the program risk management plans. + Develops Standard operating procedures for the risk management of the program and ensure that QIPdelivers operational consistency across the program. + Provides outreach oversight and provides coaching and guidance to the risk management program activities concerning day to day performance of the work scope. + Leads forming partnerships with key stakeholders and organizations impacted by the program. + Responsible for oversight of all risk management among our team. + Responsible for risk management of allexternal and third-party approvals. + Responsible for working closely with QIC and delivery partners for integrated risk management approaches, including authorities and any/all interested parties. + Reports risk management issues to the Senior Controls & Reporting Directorand develops appropriate recommendations/resolutions/mitigations as necessary. + Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments. + Interviews and selects personnel for assignment as required.  + Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals; provides training and development; completes performance evaluations, conducts employee counselling, takes corrective action as necessary. + Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures. + Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. **What you have:** + 4-year degree in a technical field or related field (or equivalent) + **At least 15** **years of related experience in** **risk** **management.** **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Demonstrated leadership and management skills. + Strongwritten and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing.  + Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex risk environment. + Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize. + High-level understanding and appreciation of risk management in complex risk environments and within the major program sector, preferably within the KSA. + Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with an influence senior-level management.
