We’ve got what you’re looking for. **Job Description:** Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Roads Engineer** to join our team! In this role you will get to **work within a newly set up PMO on major highway / infrastructure projects in the KSA capital, Riyadh City** . **What You'll Be Doing:** + Review the scope of engineering work, schedules, and budgets for the assigned project elements, monitoring progress to maintain those schedules and budgets. Identifies and documents changes in scope. + Assists in determining the scope of procurement work, schedules, and budgets for the assigned project buy outs, monitoring progress to maintain those procurements. Interfaces with Procurement and Subcontracts to facilitate procurement coordination with vendors/subcontractors. Assists in bid analysis to help determine supplier availability and capability. + Coordinates the utilization of interdisciplinary technical personnel on the project with other Project Engineers. Coordinates the assignment of personnel from other technical support groups within the Company. + Assists the assigned Project Manager in planning, directing, supervision, and controlling the execution of technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project or study. + Ensures client criteria and scope are met. + Participates regularly in decision-making meetings with the client, design consultant and contractors. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related discipline. + Minimum 15 years of related work experience. + Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering + Experience in reviewing third party designs and coordinating comments for approval **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Charted status with an industry recognized engineering body + Proven ability to lead teams + Previous experience of working in a PMO Parsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.
