What You’ll Do: 

- **Support Project Success**: Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to review contracts, track schedules, manage costs, and oversee equipment/materials. 

- **Drive Collaboration**: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and crews to solve challenges and keep the project on track. 

- **Manage Finances**: Handle billing, cash flow, and change orders with precision and efficiency. 

- **Ensure Compliance**: Oversee permits, daily reports, and technical documents while meeting all regulatory standards. 

- **Close It Out**: Wrap up projects like a pro, tackling any additional tasks to deliver results. 

This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves juggling technical, financial, and team responsibilities. 

What You Bring: 

- **Education**: B.S. in Civil Engineering (Construction Engineering & Management focus preferred). 

- **Experience**: 3-5 years in civil construction, with hands-on work on $30M+ heavy civil projects (office + field). 

- **Skills**: Expert in Excel, Word, and Primavera 6 scheduling software. 

- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written skills to connect with teams and stakeholders.
