The Senior Robotics Analyst develops business requirements for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Open Source projects, assuring system specifications address the stated requirements and system testing occurs prior to project implementation. Working under limited supervision, this job contributes to the development and testing of robotic solutions and supports the administration of artificial intelligence workforce systems. This job works independently and reviews the work of lower level robotics professionals, as needed.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure documentation of accurate and detailed business requirements based on project objectives.
Lead meetings with business and other stakeholders to understand the current process and gain agreement on the future process flow.
Lead research for requirements (may include data analysis, process mapping or development-oriented efforts).
Define and document technical and systems requirements that support business requirements and outcomes.
Participate in implementation and production support, including communication to stakeholders and outcome validation.
Facilitate user acceptance testing and quality control testing for modified and new applications.
Form partnerships with stakeholders and business in collaboration to gather and create clear and organized requirements, specifications, and reporting solutions.
Work with development and quality engineering teams to implement end-to-end solutions.
