-Offer a sales bid to the buyer based on their specifications.
-Collect points or measure potential jobs on-site as needed.
-Prepare for bidding by visiting the Builders Exchange and selecting potential job prints
-Contact architects and contractors to sell products and explain their qualities.
-Collaborate with vendors/suppliers to obtain competitive material quotes and purchase materials.
-Conduct quality control checks during the job process.
-Change orders for different products, services, and prices.
-Ensure pay requests are accurate.
-Assist with collecting past-due accounts.
-Participate in sales, production, and safety meetings regularly or as needed.
-Maintain company profitability and maximize market share.What You Need for this Position-5+ years of Project Management
-Roofing experience is required
-Ability to read architectural and drafting prints
