Your Key Responsibilities Responsible for designing and proposing concepts for elastomer sealing systems. Collaborate with the project teams for product development and lead root cause analysis and problem solving for sealing-related issues. Provide training on relevant sealing standards to site associates. Use technical expertise in material science to interpret test and calculation results and develop test methods for seals. Align with suppliers on their capabilities and options for our sealing needs. Responsible for evaluating drawing changes and deviations, providing technical support for validation and quality. Your Qualifications

Required:

 

Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and 5 or more years of practical experience or a Masters degree in engineering and 2 or more years of practical experience. Understanding of vehicle powertrain architectures and components. Basic understanding of electric machines and controls of hydraulics and heat transfer. Understanding of modelling and simulating of electric or mechatronic systems. Experience in sealing technology for mechanical or automotive engineering and design experience. Excellent analytical skills, and methodical approach to completing tasks. Experience in presenting engineering topics and moderating discussions. Experience in solving engineering problems.

 

Preferred:
