Understand client needs and provide suitable IT solutions and services. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and support. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and project management) to ensure successful project delivery. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue. Prepare and present business proposals and reports to clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize business performance. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any concerns proactively. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools. What we need to see from you Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development in the IT sector. Strong understanding of IT solutions, software, and services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
