As a Senior Sales account manager, he/she will be responsible for the assigned sales responsibilities locally and be associated with business development projects in energy transition. Expand competitive position in the refineries and ensure market participation in the region. Responsible for the complete sales process from acquisition, bid proposal including risk management, contract negotiations with pricing approval from manager and after-sales services. Responsibilities
Develop & implement strategic plans/road map Identify and prioritize major development opportunities with major customers/alliances Develop growth strategy for CKC against competition to help achieve segment OD Conduct tradeshows/seminar/conferences or any relevant marketing activities when appropriate held in Indonesia Foster any improvement projects when/if rolled out to CKC - support a continuous improvement approach Business Objectives Ensure healthy top line growth of CKC, including meeting sales, margin and EBITDA targets Provide full assistance to BU CA to fulfill group sales obj for both Syngas and other segments Manage all team functions including Finance, Tech service, sales, marketing, HR, operations etc Ensure achievement of Top Priorities of the BU CA with directions from Head of Sales, Syngas APAC Ensure compliance to all ESHA requirements as well as employees' safety Performance Management, Target Setting and Achievement Establish and foster performance management Maintain strong interfaces with Head of Sales, Syngas APAC, BU CA to foster stronger sales in ID Help set annual financial targets in close dialogue with Head of Sales, Syngas APAC, BU Catalysts People Development/Trainings/coaching Establish and foster functional team, ensure people development and employees retention Attract, manage, motivate and develop employees in line w/ CLN leadership skill Execute structured talent management Take part in professional technical and commercial trainings/seminars according to approved training program
Requirements
Degree in Engineering or Science, preferably specialization in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry At least 8 - 10 years of working experience, preferably related to Syngas/Ammonia/Fertilizer industry or engineering field At least 5-8 years of leadership experience. Strategic Thinking, Proficient communication skills with local resource Excellent interpersonal & communication skill Financial, Sales & Operational knowledge especially for manufacture. Familiar with State-owned company customers. Strong data driven decision making skill
