Job DescriptionThis senior account executive role is responsible for actively managing the relationships with 1-2 important banking clients to promote, sell and deploy the full range of Visa products and services and coordinating client projects across the Visa organisation.

Define sound strategy for each client to drive joint success, develop clear propositions for the full range of Visa products and services. Establish tangible Account Plan to prioritise and deliverWork with clients to identify new and ongoing requirements, introducing products and services which enhance the customer payment experience and support growth for the client’s business with VisaBuild and oversee relationships across the whole client organisation, including card and payment experts, procurement, marketing etc. and related service providers as appropriate. Proven experience of having managed complex clients to deliver new solutions to grow profitability of a business
Knowledge and experience of the payments business and financial services especially in the Czech marketExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with and influence key stakeholdersGood Commercial acumen and understanding of the payments marketProven ability to develop and deliver client strategic plans to drive value both for the Client and VisaProven influencing, consultative selling and negotiation skillsPrevious experience, passion, curiosity, and knowledge of financial services, and in particular payments industryStrong credentials within a client facing role, along with a consistent record of achieving commercial targetsCommercial understanding and the ability to identify opportunities and proactively propose solutionsRequired languages: Proficient level in Czech/Slovak and English, both verbal and written.How factors
