Reporting to the Market Insights and Analytics Manager, you will create insights for members of the sales team as well as sales, product management, and marketing leadership. The ideal candidate has experience with Salesforce, interpreting data for sales, product, and marketing teams, and creating BI visuals and dashboards. You should be adaptable to the changing needs of the business and be able to shift focus accordingly. You need to be highly organized, goal oriented, curious, proactive in your approach, and have a positive, team-player attitude.
Highlights of your role Lead sales analytics and reporting for Marvin’s sales team. Responsible for leading monthly business performance reviews with product and sales management teams as well developing dashboards and reports for members of sales leadership and product ownersEvaluate sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide recommendationsGenerates insights for sales, product, and marketing teams to enhance understanding of Marvin’s business performance and opportunitiesCollaborate with Salesforce Admins and Sales Operations Team to turn raw sales leads into actionable Salesforce opportunities Compensation $81,000 - $108,000 annually You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Ability to package data into relevant insights: You create compelling presentations, lead executives through data deep-dives, and build and collaborate on real-time dashboards that utilize our CRM data.
