What are we looking for? 

In this position you will be focused on establishing key measurements that align to our overall organizational imperatives, developing analytical processes and cadences to serve up information to our Sales organization in a way that will help drive meaningful business decisions. This person will be reporting directly to the Senior Director of Sales Effectiveness and will also be responsible for ad hoc analyses of our growing business and tasked with looking for trends and leading indicators to help shape our strategies.  We are looking for someone who is innately curious, passionate about building meaningful analyses and hungry to support a growing Sales organization. The ideal candidate is a self starter, motivated and experienced in translating complex data into actionable insights. 

What will you do?

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and common understanding of data and trends Develop scalable processes for timely and effective data delivery to leaders, including delivery methods and frequencies Analyze complex data sets to solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as required Present findings to provide actionable insights to stakeholders Recommend key metrics and measures that will help leaders make data-driven business decisions and support our strategic imperatives Gather business requirements to ensure tool alignment with business needs Utilize advanced Tableau features (e.g., LOD expressions, complex joins, and data blending) to create interactive dashboards in Tableau that provide actionable insights for senior leadership. Optimize dashboards for performance and usability Build and refine predictive models to forecast sales performance and identify market trends Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to develop predictive analytics that support strategic decision-making Leverage AI and machine learning tools to enhance sales analytics capabilities Develop AI-driven insights to identify sales opportunities, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance customer segmentation Stay current with AI and machine learning advancements to apply best practices and innovative approaches to sales analytics

What skills and experience should you bring?

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, finance, computer science, mathematics) Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in advanced analytics for revenue operations, sales, and finance Ability to translate complex sales metrics into clear and actionable insights for business leaders Knowledge of SaaS/subscription business models and associated KPIs (e.g., Retention & Renewal Rates, ARR, Expansion & Cross-Sell Rates) Strategic thinker with a holistic view of sales and financial objectives Demonstrated ability to develop sales measurements aligned with strategic goals and execute data gathering, analysis, and visualization of key measurements Expertise in Tableau, including advanced techniques for creating complex dashboards and visualizations Experience with SFDC, Clari, and other BI tools Demonstrated experience in building and applying predictive models for sales forecasting and performance analysis Experience integrating AI and machine learning into business intelligence and analytics processes is a plus Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within prescribed deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on the ability to summarize and translate complex needs of the field Proven ability to build relationships across all levels and functions of the company Why us?
