About the job:

The senior manager of marketing and field sales is responsible for developing, training and managing the marketing team and overseeing field operations. This role focuses on driving growth by identifying new opportunities and optimizing team performance across the city.

Responsibilities:

Field presence across the city and overseeing the performance of a team of 20 Marketer.
Hiring new marketers and expanding the marketing team.
Continuous training of current marketers and direct supervision of the training process of new marketers.
Placement of people in appropriate locations based on each person's ability.
Identify locations new in the city to attract drivers.
Determining individual and group goals of the marketing team.
Monitoring key projects, processes, performance reports, data and analysis.
Directing the marketing team in line with strategy development. Requirements: At least 3 years of field marketing or field sales management experience. Ability to establish effective relationships. Mastery of negotiation principles and techniques. > Getting to know Office, especially Excel.
Result orientation and responsibility.
Educability and high risk taking.
Ability to evaluate recruitment and hiring and management and performance evaluation.
