We are looking for a Senior Sales/Business Development Manager (d/w/m) with additional responsibility for D-A-CH to support our Business Development Team. In deiner Rolle bist du insbesondere für diese Themen zuständig:

Your Tasks

* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the public transport and corporate sector
* Identify new business opportunities and target key markets to expand our client base in D-A-CH
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Monitor and participate in tender opportunities, including proposal development, bidder meetings and contract negotiations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Padam, Hacon and Siemens, including marketing and product development.
* Collaborate with the sales team to set targets, develop sales forecasts, and monitor performance against goals.
* Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and sharing best practices

Your profile
