Responsibilities
What are you going to do?
Generate new business opportunities to ensure CSS continues to grow exponentially in BR territory.Develop and execute a sales plan that provides complete coverage of the territory and specific sector.
Partner with key members of the Oracle SaaS sales team at all levels, external customers in order to develop core objectives, strategies and messages to ensure success.
Develop appropriate sales programs and solutions; maintain up-to-date competitive information and compile regional success stories.
Achieve the region's assigned quota of qualified leads.
Understand the sales process in a consultative manner and be able to overcome internal and external customer concerns by genuinely caring and learning about business needs by showing them the value CSS services can provide.
Have the ability to articulate and deliver structured sales and pre-sales talks that describe CSS services and value to entice potential customers to learn more about the solutions CSS offers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly call volumes and sales pipeline goals.
Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of business unit products, technology, and sales techniques.
Contribute to and lead account planning, customer/market analysis, and strategy sessions.
Record all customer information and maintain detailed qualification records for each lead worked on.
Work with partners in the BR region to develop business opportunities to increase opportunities for the LAD CSS organization.
Experience
Relevant consultative direct sales experience in the enterprise IT field.Proven experience in a sales-driven organization, selling technology-related products and services.
Creative with strong problem-solving skills and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.
Knowledge of Oracle products or cloud solutions preferred.
Positive, team-oriented, self-starter attitude who can work independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English are a plus.
Should be able to work independently and by proposed objectives.
Expert-level skill required for territory planning and ability to open a conversation with new clients and other lines of business.
