Senior Sales Consultant

Job Duties:

 

Provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business.  Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell. Responsible for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.  Act as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants.  Focus on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions.  Develop productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants.  Develop and deliver outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations.  Lead any and all aspects of the technical sales process.  Advise internal and external clients on overall architect solutions. May telecommute. May work at various unanticipated locations throughout U.S. (385.33257)

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a sales consultant-related occupation..

Position requires:

Retail Business Process; Oracle Retail's Omnichannel Solutions including Xstore, Customer Engagement, Order Management and Store Inventory Operations; Omnichannel architecture and technology including cloud; Ability to understand a retailer’s pain points and develop a bill of materials of solutions to help address these pain points; Demonstrate how the Oracle Retail Omnichannel Solution addresses pain points and articulate the value this delivers to a retailer; Oracle Retail’s Platform message and ability to articulate the value this delivers to a retailer; and Ability to accurately complete detailed and complex RFx responses highlighting the value of the Oracle Retail omnichannel solution set.
