Senior Sales Development Engineer, Industry Job Description **_Are you passionate about driving sales growth and being a subject matter expert? We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Engineer to lead our efforts in expanding our market through value-selling._** **What is the job about?** As the Senior Sales Development Engineer, you will be the subject matter expert for Dosing and Disinfection and will be responsible for developing the share of wallet within this area. You will be managing own customer accounts (sales budget) and develop new customers. Also, you will be responsible for upskilling the area sales resources to be able to sell Dosing and Disinfection solutions through tandem visits, training, and coaching. You will become a part of Grundfos Industry Division and report directly to the Area Sales Director, Industry. You will be responsible for the European market. **Moreover, you will:** + Be responsible for the existing customers in the area and grow the customer base. Owning the budget and profitability forDosing and Disinfectionwithin area of responsibility. + Develop penetration plan to grow the Grundfos share of wallet withinDosing and Disinfection. + Provide commercial and some technical support onDosing and Disinfectionproducts. + Train/coach the sales team and help them grow their accounts onDosing and Disinfectionproducts. + Gather valuable market intelligence and provide meaningful input to business. + Close the sale on large opportunities involvingDosing and Disinfectionproducts. + Be area representative forDosing and Disinfectionmarketing interactions and new product sales releases. + Actively participate and contribute to the Dosing and Disinfection network in Europe. **About you** You excel in a matrix organization, demonstrating a strong ability to navigate and thrive in such environments. To succeed in this role, you are customer-oriented and good at building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.Collaboration is one of your key strengths, and with your adaptable mindset you embrace new challenges with enthusiasm.
