Infosys is hiring a Senior Sales Directors to build a focused market strategy and implement pro-active new business development activities for our Manufacturing Practice. Ideal candidates have experience selling IT solutions and services to Manufactures, Automotive, Defense, Aerospace or similar industry domains.

The Sales Director will be growing net new business and new logo pipeline targets. Requires understanding of market and competition to develop appropriate and compelling sales strategies and apply solutioning expertise as a key member of the project sales teams. A good Sales Hunter is motivated to drive pipeline creation and actively helps the team develop value propositions based on a firm understanding of opportunity areas or the business problems.

Sales Manager Description:Responsible for identifying and closing new dealsBe the face of Infosys to the market and help position Infosys as an industry leader and trusted advisorLeverage the Infosys ecosystem of capabilities across technology practices, industry verticals and service lines to develop solutions that address the client’s business problemsGround-breaking force behind developing platform solutions specifically geared towards manufacturingRequired Sales Manager Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of educationExperience with IT services and solutions is idealUnderstanding of Global Delivery Model (offshore/outsourcing)Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant business development experience selling IT servicesTrack record of interacting and building relationship with CXOs of leading organizationHands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentationStrong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
