Job description
Infosys is hiring for a three (3) Senior Sales Directors with SAP Sales and net-new account pursuits. We are hiring new team members into the SAP Practice to support the tremendous growth in demands. Must have 5+ years of experience selling services/solutions or in a client facing, delivery/program management or consulting role.
The Senior Sales Directors collaborates with all client team members and works together with their manager to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan. Usually, the Senior Sales Director handles a single account or part of a large account, with an indicative annual book of business of up to $50 million.
Role Description:Client relationship management and business development: lead client relationships, build a portfolio up to $50M, responsible for the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-CloseClient delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery team members involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the clientAccount planning and governance: build the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.14+ years of validated experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience5+ years of selling SAP solutions in a client facing roleSignificant business development or project management experienceEffective relationships within SAP, connections into AEs, marketing and partner organizationsTrack record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contactsHands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentationsWide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experienceAble to travel as requiredPreferred Qualifications:5+ years of SAP and ERP experience, ideal to have sold services such as implementations, upgrades, rollouts and supportExperience in cold calling, attending events, building relationships in the SAP ecosystemHands-on follow through in new logo pursuits and able to delivery on business development goalsEnterprising to pursue business development tasks through external agencies, secondary connects and LinkedIn networksKnowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions with SAP S/4Hana or other ERP solutionsGood understanding of industry specific business issues and driversGlobal Delivery Model experienceExperience handling large multi-location consulting engagement teamsTrack record as an new account opener with SAP or ERP solutions as the main focusBenefits
