Senior Sales Enablement Consultant
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Consultant to join our Advisor Gateway WalkMe team. The Senior Sales Enablement Consultant will design and build WalkMe solutions across Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) applications. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com (https://www.wellsfargojobs.com/career-areas/) . **In this role, you will:** + Partner with the Lead Sales Enablement Consultant to create, manage, and maintain our WalkMe in-application support modules that will be developed and implemented within the advisor platform + Contribute to large scale planning related to functional area deliverables + Track module development and ensure that all modules in the library are approved and compliant with all firm standards + Review and research moderately complex business challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors + Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the Sales Enablement function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements + Collaborate and consult with Sales Enablement peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals **Required Qualifications:** + 4+ years of Sales Enablement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + Ability to deliver software training using WalkMe solution. + Experience and knowledge building and maintaining a digital adoption platform content + Ability to consider the user experience to translate technical concepts into simple, easy-to-comprehend instructions and application guidance + Knowledge and understanding of Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), JQuery, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) + Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodology + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills + Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision + Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of employees + Strong collaboration and partnering skills This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.
