Senior Sales Enablement Specialist
The Sr. Specialist, Sales Enablement plays a key role in equipping our sales team with the tools and resources needed to drive revenue and enhance client engagement. This individual will manage the case study program, ensuring the development of compelling sales stories that showcase recommended best practices and examples of requests the broader Revenue Strategy team can help support through Brand Strategy, Insights, and Creative. Additionally, they will contribute to content creation and enhancements for the MMR Resource Center, helping to streamline and optimize access to sales materials.
The Sr. Specialist will also work closely with the Sr. Manager, Sales Enablement on the presentation platform, including the transition plan, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the tools and technologies that support our sales teams. They will also be responsible for updating and refining presentation templates using Photoshop to ensure brand consistency and a polished, professional look for sales materials.

A key focus of this role will be helping to drive adoption and training around Powerpoint and the TeamSlide add-in and other sales enablement tools, ensuring that sales teams effectively utilize these resources to enhance their efficiency and impact. In addition, this role is likely to help organize stored materials through Box software to enable best practice sharing.

Key Responsibilities:Case Study Program Management

Own the end-to-end process for the case study program, including identifying impactful stories, collaborating with internal teams, and content development and distribution.

Partner with sales to collect data, testimonials, and insights to craft compelling case studies.

Maintain an organized and accessible repository of case studies for sales team use.

Content Creation & MMR Resource Center Improvement

Assist in developing high-quality sales enablement materials, including guides, one-pagers, FAQs, etc.

Continuously improve and organize the MMR Resource Center, ensuring sales reps can quickly access relevant and up-to-date content.

Collaborate with the graphics team to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness of sales assets.

Presentation Platform Transition & Tool Management

Support the Sr. Manager, Sales Enablement in the transition to a new presentation platform.

Assist with onboarding and training for sales teams on new tools and technologies.

Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and enhancements to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of the sales team.

Presentation Template Updates & Graphic Design Support

Update and refine sales presentation templates using Photoshop to maintain a consistent, high-quality visual standard.

Modify graphics and layouts to align with branding and sales objectives.

Work with graphics and the Sr. Manager, Sales Enablement to ensure all sales collateral is visually compelling and on-brand.

Sales Tool Training & Adoption

Lead training sessions for sales teams on TeamSlide and Box, ensuring adoption and usage of the tools.

Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and best practices related to TeamSlide and Box.

Assist with developing training materials, including how-to guides, video tutorials, and FAQs, to assist with ongoing education.

Track and analyze tool adoption metrics, gathering feedback to optimize usability and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

3+ years of experience in sales enablement, marketing, content development, or a related field.

Strong writing, storytelling, and content development skills.

Experience managing content repositories, sales resources, or knowledge bases.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and experience updating presentation templates or sales collateral.

Familiarity with sales enablement tools, including TeamSlide, Highspot, Seismic, or Showpad.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.

Experience conducting training sessions or developing instructional materials for sales teams.

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, IT, graphics, and other internal teams.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for improving sales efficiency.
