Role Summary :
The successful candidate will cover the sales related activities for Flowserve Electric Actuators, Monitor Control system, Pneumatic, Hyraulic Actuation System and Positioners, Limit Switches and accessories in South East Countries (covering 70% for Malaysia market & 30% for Singapore & Indonesia markets).
Job Responsibility:
Primary point of contact for the Valve Automation related products in all aspects of sales, technical assistance, product support, and extension of general goodwill. The candidate is responsible to promote all Flowserve products and services by implementing strategies, programs and plans as defined by the Management, drive to meet and exceed sales booking planWork with agents/distributors, end customers and EPCs to develop specification and to secure orders for Flowserve products and servicesCommunicate with Flowserve business units and overseas sales offices in all aspects of the sales activitiesOversee, motivate and guide agents/distributors to focus on selling Flowserve products and servicesProvide technical and product support to agents/distributors, OEMs, EPCs and end customersWork with application engineers and Commercial Operations teams to establish proposal strategies and to prepare clean order entries to business unitsCo-ordinate with agents/distributors, OEMs, EPCs, end customers and Flowserve business units to resolve all post order mattersProvide job status report and market feedback to Flowserve ManagementProvide training and guidance as required to customers, distributors and Flowserve associatesAssume leadership role in the co-ordination of major projects and targeted customer initiatives to application engineers, commercial operations and order entry teams, and business unitsPlay a major role in the development of strategic sales plans for the country of responsibility.Actively develop and maintain detailed account plans, forecasts and sales activity in Flowforce CRM systemRequirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Instrument and Automation, Mechanical Engineering or Process EngineeringMinimum 5 years related sales experienceGood interpersonal and communication skillsAble to interact with people of all levels in an organizationAble to work independently and self-initiatedFluent in both written and spoken EnglishWilling to travel domestically and overseasCandidates with exposure for valve automation brands such as Auma, Rotork or Betis (actuation) will be preferred
