Achieve annually planned sales targets
Ensure the regional operation of configuration and quotation systems for strategic busi-ness and marketing goals in the regions
Assists ZSM and regional dealers for achieving planned targets and for new growth strat-egies
Builds database for local account management and further development in the market and evalua-tions
Understands/respects corporate requirements for standards of performance and busi-ness, makes recommendations on pricing strategies
Education / 教育背景
Bachelor Degree or above in Material Engineering or relavant preferred.
Experience / 经验
Minimal 5 years of sales and marketing experience in China in a competitive market, ideally similar target markets preferred.
Lived and worked in the regions
Imaging technology, optics or microscopy experiences would be a big plus
