Job Description

And now we are looking for a driven Senior Sales Engineer for our Electric Heating (EH) business in Kazakhstan and Caucasus.

You will join a dynamic team, part of our Electric Heating division and support sales development activities and deliver sales targets in Kazakhstan and Caucasus markets, like Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and others. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our sales team, with the preferred location in Almaty.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our electrical products to clients. The Sales Engineer will need to identify client needs and develop customized solutions for Electrical heating business and other possible Electric heating applications, collaborating with the Export team to generate pipelines and deliver sales targets. This includes developing and maximize opportunities and building strategic partnerships. Therefore, motivation, tact, sensitivity, and professionalism are prerequisites, as you will have daily contact with customers and will be a direct influence on them. To be successful, the incumbent must drive a clear go-to-market strategy with an inclusive approach and prioritize efforts to maximize business targets while developing long term opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

Among your daily tasks will be to:

Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, e.g. Electric heating & Snow-melt solutions in Residential segment and other applications in Commercial & Light industrial segments. Managing the entire sales funnel from prospecting to product supplying. Develop and secure strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers. Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare sales reports for management. Collecting market intelligence and monitoring market trends. Prepare and deliver value-selling presentations and demonstrations to clients to showcase the features and benefits of the electrical heating.

be an effective communicator who can engage productively with stakeholders in a matrix organization being a driven and results-oriented individual, you build a solid foundation and direct development. 


The ideal candidate possesses:

 Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or business. Proven experience as an Electric Sales Engineer or related role. Strong knowledge of electrical heating products. Expect to travel approximately 40-50%  Industry work experience of 3-5 years. Proximity to the Electric heating solutions will be an added advantage. Commercial and technical experience working closely with dealers’ networks and distribution channel management. Service-oriented Work without boundaries Russian and communicative in English
