Overview

We're seeking experienced sales candidates for an exciting B2B Senior sales opportunity with ISS Corporate. This position is responsible for new business development for our leading online and advisory-based corporate governance, Sustainability and executive compensation services.

Responsibilities

Develop sales opportunities targeted to public companiesReach out to C-level executives, Investor Relations Officers, Sustainability managers, Company SecretariesManage the full sales cycle, including prospecting for new business opportunities, online product demonstrations, territory and pipeline management, contract negotiation, and closing businessCreate lead generation campaigns, prospect and cold call, and respond to marketing leads to build new businessMaintain and manage existing client relationshipsMeet revenue goals by closing new solution memberships and renewing/upgrading current clientsPartner with members of the ICS advisory team to deliver excellent service and insights to clientsAssist in product development efforts by delivering feedback on market needs and opportunitiesProvide insight and guidance to the business as to how we can best deploy and position our E&S assets to secure a positive market response.Networking, market observation, representation of ISS Corpor at external conferences

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or other related discipline or equivalent experienceMinimum 7 years in sales and marketing preferably in the financial, corporate, green finance or consulting areaKnowledge of ESG/ Exec Comp and/or IR services is preferredFluent in the Japanese language and with professional proficiency in EnglishSuperior analytical, verbal and written skillsAssertive personality, relationship building skills and natural sales proficiencyCollaborative approach to work and excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skillsAble to work independently or as part of teamAbility to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives at prospect firms
