About the roleAre you a proven sales professional with expertise in enterprise software and a passion for the higher education sector? We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to grow our footprint in the Australia and New Zealand (AUNZ) markets, delivering tailored solutions to meet the needs of higher education institutions.\
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leverage partner relationships, referrals, and prospecting to expand TouchNet’s presence in the AU/NZ higher education market;Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve annual quotas and goals;Manage the process from prospecting and discovery workshops to solution design, proposals, contract negotiations, and closing deals;Deliver a consultative sales experience by addressing customer needs and providing strategic solutions;Work with internal teams to support marketing, product enhancements, and customer success;Represent TouchNet at industry events and company meetings globally;Share insights on trends and challenges to ensure TouchNet remains competitive in the region.About youConsultative in your sales style, you will bring a blend of technology sales expertise, exceptional interpersonal skills, and in-depth knowledge of the AU/NZ higher education market to drive growth and deliver impactful solutions to clients and prospects.
You will also bring:
Proven success selling complex solutions with lengthy sales cycles to large organisations;Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster partnerships and influence stakeholders;Deep understanding of the AU/NZ higher education sector, including challenges and opportunities;Expertise in managing the sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and post-close follow-up;Strong ability to negotiate and close deals that deliver value to clients and the business;Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in education or payments;History of exceeding sales targets and quotas in enterprise software or SaaS;Disciplined and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and manage remote workflows;Willing to travel extensively across Australia, New Zealand, and other APAC markets.At TouchNet, you’ll have the opportunity to work with leading-edge technologies that are transforming campus commerce and payments.
