Job Description
Decisyon, as part of expanding its business structure, is looking for a proven experienced Senior Sales Executive for its offices located in Milan and Latina, Italy.
The candidate, working in the Sales Division, will be responsible for management and sales development of assigned markets OEM. The candidate will be specializing in working with established ISVs, and industry solution software development partners to convey the Decisyon platform value proposition and will be closing value-based software agreements.

Ideal profile
Proven experience in selling software solutions to enterprise-class customers in the areas of Business Intelligence, Planning, CRM, MES, and ERP
Strong English and Italian language skills
Strong orientation toward getting results
Excellent interpersonal and busiess skills
Organized and able to operate autonomously
Available to travel Italy and abroad
Diploma or Degree
Proven ability to build and deliver credible business value propositions at C-Suite level
Demonstrable success in selling complex software solutions
Strong business development skills
Ability to understand the customers or partners buying process
Ability to close revenue-based partner agreements
