The Senior Sales Leader is responsible for identifying, qualifying and prospecting new business opportunities and is responsible for achieving sales quota. The successful candidate will be hands on, a creative thinker, results oriented, self-driven and a team player, feeling comfortable to work with minimum supervision yet be able to work effectively within a team environment and connect with others at all levels. + Promote BTCSs trading and connectivity solutions and services within the region + Manage the entire sales process including but not limited to: prospecting, lead qualification, engagement of senior decision makers, demonstrating product capabilities and closing + Own and achieve sales targets while working within a team + Develop strategic sales plans to facilitate target achievement + Work closely with Sales Engineers to gather and understand requirements, prepare demos, organize follow-ups, etc + Accurately forecasting opportunity pipeline in Salesforce and presenting highlights during team meetings + Participate in analysis of competitive landscape, customer insights, and market trends + Travel to prospect and client sites to present and sell BTCS services + Attend industry events/conference to represent BTCS and generate leads/opportunities + Develop strong internal relationships and efficiently engaging resources when appropriate, including Product Management, Professional Services, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Sales Operations and the Executive Management Team Essential Qualifications + Principal trading workflow knowledge of: + Delta One + ETF Market Making + Options Market Making + Program Trading + Futures & Options Trading + Evidence of a proven sales record in financial technology (10+ years) + Experience with proactive lead generation + Proven ability to present, discuss and propose at a senior level + Experience successfully managing a complex enterprise sales process with multiple stakeholders, working with executive, business, and technical leaders + Ability to work independently while being supported remotely by a larger team + Ability to understand and maneuver inside large financial institutions + Strong commercial awareness + Strong, self-starting, driven attitude towards business growth + String written and verbal skills + College Degree Broadridge associates helped us envision our Connected Workplace - a work model that allows associates around the globe, dependent upon their role responsibilities, to take advantage of the benefits of both on-site and off-site work to support our clients, one another, and the communities where we live and work.
